Sharing Our Joys and Concerns

* Call to Worship   adapted from Psalm 80

Restore us, O God of hosts;

let Your face shine, that we may be saved!

Let Your hand be on the man of Your right hand,

You have made strong for Yourself the Son of Man

Then we shall not turn back from You.

Give us life, and we will call upon Your Name!

Restore us, O Lord God of hosts!

Let Your face shine, that we may be saved!

* Affirmation of Faith        “The Apostle’s Creed”

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting.  AMEN.

Most of all we thank You for the saving knowledge of Your Son; For the living presence of the Holy Spirit, Comforter; For the Body of Christ; For all the means of grace and the hope of glory. In all these things, O Heavenly Father, make us wise unto a right use of Your benefits; That we may faithfully serve You all our days; Through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN.
